Colorado

An Extra-Legal vehicle or load cannot operate between the hours of 12 noon to 9 p.m., EXCEPT that an OW only Vehicle/Load weighing < 110,000 lbs., and capable of maintaining 40 mph on flat and 30 mph on grade, and not in excess of any other dimension is not subject to the Holiday restriction (See 2 CCR 601-4, Chapter 4 Section 400) This provision does not apply to LVCs.

All LVCs can operate as usual; and normal hours of curfew do apply within the stated curfew areas. Saturday September 4th and Sunday September 5th – No holiday restrictions apply. Monday September 6, 2010
